I am facinated by this, and surprised that the "Giving Pledge" has caught on so well. I recall reading a story about India in which it was suggested that it woud not work there because India does not have the "philanthropic infrastructure" that exists in the US. Of course, billionaires apparently are lobbied by each other. How else did Warren Buffet decide to channel all those billions to Bill Gates? I hope that they use it well.

These toicps are so confusing but this helped me get the job done.

I just wish they used some resources to help autistic children better with the numbers increasing every year. Not to research but helping them have a more balanced life at home. Making ones home livable and safe for them is expensive, lets not forget the monitoring they need everyday, and therapy. There are no charities helping any family with these issues. What is a family to do (4.5 million) ?
